As a part of CAYAC she also lobbied for and helped implement a bill that provides legal counsel for all youth over the age of five going through the dependency system in two different Washington counties.

The Background of Richard
Richard was born in Belarus and moved to Washington state when he was just six years old. From then on, he became a Seattle resident, graduating from the University of Washington with his undergraduate degree, and then from the University of Washington School of Law.
After graduating from law school, he spent some time working at a large corporate legal firm. While he enjoyed the fast pace work environment, he soon realized that the corporate atmosphere did not appeal to him; he much preferred a more relational client approach. The intentional client approach and relational company culture at Planning with Purpose, Inc. is the work atmosphere that Richard was searching for.
Richard’s primary practice focus is estate planning, as well as business law and planning. Before joining the firm, Tricia was already familiar with the services provided by Planning with Purpose. Upon losing her mother unexpectedly in 2017, she reached out to Paul during that very difficult time and found guidance where there otherwise was none. Later, when she learned the office that had provided her with so much assistance needed and Assistant, she jumped on the opportunity and is so glad to be a part of the amazing work and environment of the firm.
