We will be going to two different places in West Papua, Indonesia. Our first stop is in Teminabuan, a smaller town of about 20,000 people. It is has several thriving churches but they experince deeply imbedded cultural hindrances. It is our vision to have a 4-night crusade for the town. It will start with a worship night on December 31 leading into the town's fireworks show. Most of the town will come out to the fireworks and we want to be the pre-show entertainment. The remaining days we will walk the town's neighborhoods to meet families in their homes to learn about their lives, ask if they need prayer, and invite them to the crusade that night. We anticipate that 500-3,000 people will come each night to hear the gospel and be prayed over. It is our expectation to see Holy Spirit move in Teminabuan by touching many with healing and salvation.

Our next stop will be Sorong, Indonesia. Sorong is a larger, but poor, city and known as the gateway to paradise as it is the launching port to Raja Ampat. We will be partnering with the regional Compassion International office to put together a special after-school event for Compassion children. The rest of the week will offer more ministry time by going to local high schools to discuss cultural differences and similarities that teens are faced with in our different countries. We will also have an opportunity to enjoy some of the most beautiful waters in the world as we can ferry to a remote island and experience Raja Ampat, the pride and joy of Indonesia's beauty.

If you can only stay for two weeks, then this is where your adventure ends as you will head back to Jakarta to fly back to Seattle. But, if your schedule allows, you can remain with us for our next stop, Bali. We will be putting on a business seminar and a full-day discussion of what it means to walk in faith. We expect 50-100 business owners to join us for this two-day seminar. If you desire, you are welcome to join the discussion or simply vacation in Bali.

December 26 - Leave Seattle, fly to Jakarta

December 28 - Fly to W. Papua, Indonesia

December 29-30 - Initial team preparation in-country

December 31 - Worship Night before fireworks

January 1-3 - Walk the community during the day, evening crusade

January 4 - Sunday church in Teminabuan

January 5 - Fly to Sorong, Compassion Int'l special event

January 6-8 - Some will remain in Sorong for high school outreach; others may end their trip with a trip to Raja Ampat for rest and a day on the water (diving, snorkeling).

January 9 - Fly to Jakarta and fly home on January 10; others remain in Sorong for weekend ministry option.

January 12 - Fly to Bali (if remaining)

January 14-15 - Business session and Faith session

January 16 - Fly home
